		<description><![CDATA[My thinking has changed considerably in the last couple of years about outsourcing and money in general.  I used to find it very hard to pay someone to do things that I could do myself.  As a matter of fact, I found it hard to spend money at all - even when it was something that I really needed.  All my life I've been taught to be really tight with my money.
