You only have a couple of days to renew old domains or get new domains at current prices. The base prices will go up on the 14th of January, 2012 for .com, .net and .biz. Most registrars will have to raise their prices to cover the costs. I encourage you to renew them now!
If you have time left on your current registration, renewing them again now will not cause you to lose any time. It will only extend the time left on your current registration. So, if your domain name is due to renew June 1, 2012, and you renew it for 1 year now, then payment won’t come due again until June 1, 2013. You can renew for more than 1 year and pay today’s price for that many years.
If you are not happy with your current domain registrar service, you are always free to transfer your domains (assuming your registrar will give you that control – most do). If it’s my service you are unhappy with, please let me know so that I can rectify the situation immediately. If it’s another service you are unhappy with, please transfer your domains to Cullen Web Services! Transferring a domain will automatically renew the domain.
I love serving and helping you with all your website needs, including domains! I promise to continue giving you the best service available within the limitations placed on me by the authoritative registrars. I have little control (as do all registrars) over base pricing for certain services and time constraints placed on expired domains, transfers, etc.
Please let me know if you have any questions or need any help acquiring, renewing or transferring any domains, regardless of where they are registered. Go here now to acquire, renew or transfer domains: http://domains.cindycullen.com

Its totally been too long since I was the “Master of My Domain” lol. I bought in.
Now I just have to remember how to set it all so I can hit my blog by both old and new domain names, thus easing the transition.
AND I got it from “Mrs. Cullen” like Edward’s wife for sure, right?

Soon to be http://itsmynd.com
LOL! I get the Edward thing a lot. But, I don’t like the sight of blood.
Thank you for signing up. Let me know if you need help setting it up so that you can hit your blog with both domains.
I went the domain forwarder route. Not sure the ups and downs of the URL masking?
I’m ok with the current hosting at blogger. I just want the freedom to move it later if I want.
I think the forwarder route will work better in the search engines. Masking will use frames so that the domain name won’t change in the address bar. With forwarding, the user types in the domain name but when it reaches your site, it will show the blogspot domain. Masking looks better, but won’t work well for search engines. The best route is to have your own blog on your own hosting, but I think forwarding is probably the next best thing.
