We have been on vacation. That’s the reason for the long silence. We’ve been dodging hurricanes in Florida. We had near misses with both Ivan and Jeanne, but we are home safe now. Thank You, God, for Your protection!

I wanted to announce my new membership site - Promised Land Services. I haven’t got the website up yet, but it’s going to be GREAT! Of course, I’ve been in the hosting business for quite some time now. And I’ve also been teaching computers and programming. So, I’ve decided to combine the two to help folks that want to get started in working from home.

I have met so many wonderful people that want to work from home but they don’t know how to go about that. And those that do take the plunge and decide to start an online business (or businesses) can’t always afford to pay for some of the required services just starting out. And there are so many different places to get all the many different kinds of services that are out there, it gets confusing and time-consuming to sift through them all. Who do you trust? Is it a fair price? Wouldn’t it be nice if you could find all the training, information, services, resources, tools and help all in the same place??

Well, that’s what I want to do. I want to make it easy for someone that feels led to stay home with their children - or stay home for whatever reason. I want to make it easy for them to start their own profitable business.

I have noticed in the Christian online work at home community, we all try to help each other out, but we end up being competitors. Why not bring everyone to the same team? I have certain skills and talents, but when I started my own business, I needed to have a LOT of different skills and talents. I couldn’t afford to hire someone to take care of the things that I knew nothing about, so I had to learn them on my own. It got expensive and until I learned some of them, I couldn’t start making money.

So, I want to create a team that works together using our strengths to create great products and services and provide great training so that we can get our businesses up and running much quicker. We can be a team that works together helping each other instead of ending up competitors. And we can create more profit in the process.

You will also get a percentage of the fees down 2 levels. So, if you refer a member. And then they refer a member, you will get a percentage from both members EACH month. Think about it, your hard work, will pay off longer. You will get paid to help people. You get to build your own team and help them with the things that you have learned about building your own online business.

I’ve been really working hard the last couple of days creating affiliate program software for myself and for my web hosting customers. I was appalled at some of the prices being charged for this type software. It’s a shame that folks just starting a business can hardly get started because of the high cost of some of the hosting services and marketing services that they need to use. Spread The Word

Well, I woke up this morning as always and turned my computer on. And then, as I do every morning, I made coffee while my computer booted up. Or so I thought. It didn’t boot. I tried everything I knew to do to get it to wake up, but there was no sign of life. It was dead. I don’t know what happened. It was fine last night when I went to bed, but this morning, all I could get was a blue screen filled with techno-babbel. I had used a back up program and it worked fairly well, but not good enough. I lost a lot of stuff. I guess I must be on the right track - Satan seems to be on my heels!

I hope your day started better than mine!
